HIGH VOLTAGE
Our organization possesses the internal expertise to implement high voltage distribution and protection systems up to 33kV. This includes the specification of equipment, installation, and adherence to client-specific requirements. Our services may involve embedded generation, uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), and islanded generator systems utilizing natural gas, diesel engines, biomass, steam turbines, and combined heat and power (CHP) technologies. Additionally, we provide specifications for switchgear and static plant protection systems, accommodating capacities of up to 25MW and 33kV point of connection.
LOW VOLTAGE
We will produce compliant LV distribution designs in-house – whether that means adding circuits to an existing scheme or designing a complex distribution network from first principles.We undertake the design and specification of LV switchboards (including containerised solutions) to BS EN 61439-1, up to 6300A and 100kA/1s.We carry out LV cable calculations and systems studies using Trimble (Amtech) ProDesign software, ensuring compliance with BS7671.We also offer above- and below-ground earthing scheme designs.
